For many, this means making sure our pets follow the rules, act appropriately and keep their energy in check with engaging activities. But when a pet has difficulty behaving or responding to our cues, sometimes we need an outside eye to see what’s going on and help us formulate a plan of action to help our babies feel more comfortable.

Using the most updated canine behavioral science, which includes positive motivation techniques, Sherry can help you address the many behavior issues and training difficulties pet parents have today.

A session with Sherry is held in our store and is approximately an hour long, during which you and she will assess the difficulty, discuss why it happens and learn and apply new strategies to help manage, retrain or resolve the issue.

We have flexible scheduling and two options available; a Single 1 hour session or a 4 session package. Plus, after seeing Sherry for a session, we have 20/30 minute “Tweak” sessions to address any further changes needed to your new learning.

About Sherry  -  With a degree in Forestry and Wildlife management and over 30 years professionally handling and working with dogs, animals are Sherry’s life. She has helped thousands of fur-kid parents have better and more rewarding relationships with their furry babies through group classes and private lessons. Additionally, she has worked with shelter dogs to improve their chances of finding a forever home, assisted in the training of multiple Service Dogs for Mobility Assistance, PTSD, Seizures and Allergy Alert. She has bred and shown her Rough and Smooth Collies in the breed ring, as well as multiple canine sports such as Obedience, Herding and Rally. She is a member of the South Jersey Collie Club, Collie Club of America, American Working Collie Association and is registered with the AKC as a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and an AKC Canine Ambassador. Her public service outreach efforts include therapy dog visitation with many of her dogs, as well as school demonstrations on Child safety around dogs, and group talks/demonstrations with local Girl Scout troops in our area.
